Standard 3D renders show a building correctly, but often lack atmosphere and persuasive power. Be Present's high-end CGI goes further: realistic lighting, furnished interiors, lifelike outdoor environments and a photographic quality that truly moves potential buyers. Where relevant, we also integrate drone footage of the location, so the surroundings, views and setting of the project are represented as authentically as possible. The final result is used in brochures, websites, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
The timeline depends on the scale and type of project. For a series of exterior and interior visuals, we usually allow 2 to 4 weeks. A full 3D animation film takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and revision rounds. Be Present plans every project carefully and communicates proactively about progress.
